Florida Traffic Tickets - My Guardian Angel Saved Me

My Florida traffic tickets seem to have every cop in the state looking for me. Wherever I drive, the FHP, local cops or County Sherrif appears in my rearview mirror or hiding in the bushes. They say speed kills... my guardian angel has saved me... so far.

I found out that it's pretty easy to have your Florida Drivers License suspended for traffic tickets. All you need is 12 points accumulated within a year. It's not all that hard to get 12 points racked up. A speeding traffic ticket- 4 points, reckless driving- 3 points,( they can find a reason) moving violations- 3 0r 4 points. Once you are on the cops radar, they seem to appear from everywhere. I think they have my cell phone's GPS signal linked up to every police agency in Florida! Maybe not... but it sure feels like it. I've become a pro at the Florida traffic school courses. I know the ins and outs of most traffic school courses. I had no choice. It has also cost me in time as well as money. One speeding tiket- $285 and $35 for a traffic school course. My auto insurance went up $985 last year. Don't think you are safe... they can get you for alot of things. The points accessed can really add up.

Florida Traffic Violation Point System

1. Unlawful speed- 16 mph over- 4 Points + fine 2. Seatbelt- 3 Points + fine 3. Moving Violation- 3 Points + fine 4. Parking Violation- 3 Points + fine 5. Reckless driving- 3 Points = fine 6. Open Container- 3 Points + fine (after all this is common in Florida)

There are many more, including child restraint violations and improper equipment. If the cops have you on their radar, they'll find something. The most amazing fine was $500 for a speeding ticket in a construction zone. It was 4 Pm and there was no one around! I still got the ticket.

17 to 24 year olds is the age group, that the Florida DHSMV statistics show as the group getting the most traffic tickets. Alot of time you'll end up be court ordered to take a Florida Traffic School Course. There are quite a few types of traffic traffic school courses available, it can be very confusing.
